Does it exist for high achievers?

If you want to be great at something, you're going to sacrifice for it. That part's true.

But high achievement and balance can coexist, just not as a daily split. Think about it in phases. Push hard when the stakes are high, deadlines are looming and you need to move. Then rebalance deliberately when there's space.

Keep a set of non-negotiables that stay constant through any phase: family, sleep and baseline fitness. Everything else should be fluid.
